We realize, however, that in today's market place deals are forever changing and we may miss the odd price change. Therefore, we have put in place our ' No reasonable offer will be refused' policy. If you believe that a better deal on the same product exists, please submit your offer by way of an order via our secure order form. Tell us what the deal is and what we have to do. If it is humanly possible for us to accept your offer, we will.

Our web site is maintained by the Staff of THE Electric Discounter, in house, on a daily basis. We do our best to ensure the accuracy of the site, but from time to time errors do occur. We ask that while you are looking through our pages, should you see a mistake; please let us know so that we can correct it.

At THE Electric Discounter we only support the National Manufacturers and Suppliers that have an Australian wide service and spare parts network. This ensures that no matter where you live within Australia, you can buy from us secure in the knowledge that should you have a problem with your appliance, there will be a service centre relatively close to you.

All of the products sold through THE Electric Discounter Internet Store are Brand new and covered by the Manufacturer's full warranty. We also offer an extended warranty plan, where for a minimal cost you can increase the Manufacturers warranty to a full five year parts and service warranty.
